Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

For hygiene and personal care products, used items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at support@zytrontech.com with your order number and photos or videos if applicable.

Returned items must include all accessories, manuals and original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
